This course explains how humans and AI complement each other’s strengths instead of competing with one another.
Through a series of concise lessons, the course explores the unique capabilities of AI and humans, the different ways they can work together, and the skills required to become AI-fluent. Participants will learn how humans contribute to AI by training, explaining, and governing AI systems, while AI enhances human capabilities by automating routine work, improving interactions, and supporting physical tasks.
The course also introduces the three levels of Human–AI Interaction—Automated Assistance, Augmented Intelligence, and Autonomous Agents—helping learners understand how organisations progressively adopt AI. Finally, it presents the practical 4Ds of AI Fluency Framework: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence, enabling participants to decide what to delegate to AI, communicate effectively with AI systems, evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, and use AI responsibly.
By the end of this course, participants will have a clear understanding of how to work confidently with AI, improve their productivity, make better decisions, and use AI ethically and responsibly. Rather than viewing AI as a replacement for human expertise, learners will discover how to leverage AI as a powerful partner in achieving better business outcomes and creating greater value in their professional lives.
